How does the Morning After Pill prevent a pregnancy?Updated 9 months ago

The hormone in the Morning After Pill delays the release of an egg (ovulation), so sperm cannot find the egg to fertilize it. When fertilization is avoided, a pregnancy is prevented. No egg. No fertilization. No pregnancy. If the egg was released before Morning After Pill was taken, it will have no effect.
